You will receive an automated email once your refund has been processed. 

Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for your refund to show in your account. The time it takes depends on the rules of your issuing bank, so for further information please contact your issuing bank. 

Please also keep in mind that we can only process refunds back on to the original payment method.
