If you for any reason need to cancel your order, please get in touch via email to [email protected] with the subject headline 'CANCEL MY ORDER'.
Please make sure your order number is in the email or you are emailing from the email address used to place the order.
We can only cancel your order up until it hits a certain point in our system, so please note that we can not guarantee that we will be able to fulfil this request for you.
Once your order has been cancelled, please note that it can take up to 10 working days depending on the rules of your issuing bank, for your refund to show in your account. This is out of our control.
If we have not been able to cancel your order, then we suggest that you refuse the package upon delivery so that it is returned to us without further cost to yourself. Or if the address details are incorrect, your order may be returned to us and we will refund this for you once we have received your order back.
Please note that if you have placed an order with the incorrect address details and it gets delivered, then we are not liable to provide a refund or replacement.
