I've Been Charged TwiceUpdated a year ago

If it looks like you have been charged twice on your bank account or paypal account, please note that one of these payments are most likely in 'pending'. 

This means that there has been one successful payment and a failed transaction. When a transaction fails, your issuing bank/paypal can put the transaction on a temporary hold/pending before returning it to you. 

If this happens to you and you have any further worries, then please contact your issuing bank/paypal.
