Please check your spam/junk folders to make sure your email hasn't ended up in there, please also make sure you are looking at the correct email address. We rarely have an issue with not being able to send these emails, the majority of time we find they end up in spam/junk folders. 

Please also double check the product description of the items you have purchased if you have not yet received your dispatch email, as your item could potentially be a pre order item.
